I start the year with marmalades, then enjoy elderflowers and roses in late Spring .
In June, strawberry jams of several variety are my big project. Strawberry and Prosecco is my favourite. I then move onto raspberries, redcurrants, blackcurrants and blackberries.
I love the autumn when I can make Quince Jelly, Elderberry Jelly, and a variety of jellies and sauces with Crab Apples.
My Christmas favourite has to be Cranberry and Mulled Wine Jelly to eat with Turkey, cold meats and cheeses.
