I have developed a range with no artificial sugar. It is simply fruit, with honey, and chia seeds to add a fibre boost and thicken the jam.
Because it is low in sugar, it has a shorter shelf life, so I am not yet making it in bulk. I am making small sample jars for people to try, and I am happy to make it to order until I am up and running with a regular Farmers' Market stall. It can be frozen, so I can supply a large quantity that you can then decant and freeze it..
